Issue has been resolved. Developers are still working to resolve the root cause to ensure this issue does not happen again in the future.

We are currently experiencing issues with Syncta. There are issues PDF forms not updating for tests and invoices and the search is not working. The developers are looking into this as a top priority. Apologies for the inconvenience.
